Copyright) BRISBANE, Feb. 8 Queensland defeated Victoria in the Sheffield Shield match to-day by an innings and 11 runs. Queensland declared its first innings closed at yesterday’s total of 575 runs for seven wickets. Bowling: McCormick three pickets for 105 runs, Gregory two for 06. Victoria, in its second innings, made 216 (Rigg 54, Lee 64, Gregory 45). Bowling: W. Tallon took five wickets for 77 runs. The wicketkeeper, D. Tallon, stumped two batsmen add caught one.
