JURY FOREMAN EXCUBED (By Telegraph.—pres 3 Association) AUCKLAND, Tuesday. An unexpected incident caused some delay in the hearing in the Supreme Court this morning of a claim for £IOOO damages arising out of an action for divorce. As counsel was about to outline the rase to the jury Mr Justice Callan said lie wished to confer with counsel In chambers. • After the conference His Honour said as the result of information which the foreman had given the Court registrar the foreman would be excused from duty in the case and the case would go on with eleven jurors v\ho would elect a new foreman.
