1.0.0. F.

MATUA WAIKATO REBECCA LODGE The Matua Waikato Rebecca Lodge 1.0.0. F. held its fortnightly meeting in the Masonic Hall, Frankton. The N.G. Sister Mavis Searle, presided over a large attendance of members, outside lodges being well represented. During the evening five new members were initiated into the order. After the closing of lodge business the remainder of the evening was spent in dancing interspersed with musical items. Dance music was played by Mrs Coulter and Mr Sklenars. Songs by Misses Joyce Swaine, Jean Sunderland and a novelty dance by Miss Cox, Mrs Pratt, Mrs Rennie and Mrs Watt were much appreciated- Sister L. Henderson played the dance extras. Supper served by the ladies' social committee and the singing of Auld Lang Syne brought to a close an enjoyable evening.
