VANCOUVER, May 31 Anti-Japanese sentiment is suspected In the death of three Japanese boys who were trapped by a lire in a Japanese tenement which was destroyed. After the fire an investigation revealed that the water connections had been severed prior to the blaze. A white rnan was seen lleeing from the basement. Twenty occupants escaped, but a woman broke her back in a leap from an upper wimL-v.
