Among them is a petition by Sir Frank Athelstane Swettenham, 88, who is seeking a dissolution of his marriage with Lady Constance Sydney Swettenham. They were married Go years ago. Sir Frank's petition, with several others, is being brought under the section of the Supreme Court Judicature Consolidation Act of 1925, which was amended by the recent Matrimonial Causes Act.
