(Received May 31, 11 a.m.) LONDON, May 30 Sir Maurice Hankey has relinquished his secretaryship of the Cabinet and will become a director of the Suez Canal on August 1, succeeding the late Sir J. T. Davies. Sir Maurice has been Scretary of the Cabinet since 1929.
