Charges of unlawfully making and deriving profit from spirit** on which duty had not been paid were wittidrawn. The' still and a small quantity of spirits were exhibited in court. Defendant in a letter stated he was only experimenting with the still and had no Intention of selling the liquor. The plant was only a small one.
