ENJOYABLE DANCE

HAMILTON LABOUR PARTY An enjoyable evening was spent at the fortnightly dance, field by the Hamilton branch of the New Zealand Labour Party. The evening took the I'orin of a gala night, paper hats, balloons and streamers adding to the gaiety. Novelty dances and competitions were won by Mrs G. Plummer and Mr Hooper and Mrs G. Duncan and Mr E- Taylor. Much-appreciated items were contributed by Mrs Macß-eath, songs; Miss Rona Brown, dance; Messrs. Kilburn and Lerkey, mouth-organ duet; and Mr Moody, conjuring. Excellent music was supplied by Mrs Ruff and Messrs Franks, Brooks, Webster and Woolford. The supper arrangements were in charge of the ladies’ committee. Mr Dillon was M.C.
