The Canberra correspondent of the Morning Herald says recent developments In London revive the hope that B the agreement for a subsidised shipping service across the Pacific will be completed in the near future. The talks that members of the Australian delegation have conducted in London suggest that the obstacles raised by Canada may be removed. Unofficial messages received from London suggest that Canada is prepared to accept the broad principles of the agreement. The original proposals, however, may be modified.
