TRAIN DERAILED
THE MEXICAN REVOLT TWO MEMBERS OF CREW KILLED THE PASSENGERS ROBBED (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) NEW YORK, May 20 A train between Mexico City and Laredo, Texas, was derailed during a violent clash between the rebels under General Cedillo and Federal troops. The attackers killed two members of the train crew and robbed the passengers, who included 20 Americans. Apart from other desultory fighting between Government troops" and the rebels, an important development today was the publication of a manifesto issued by the Legislature at San Luis Potosl announcing tlie secession of the State from the central Government as from May 15.
