FAREWELL AFTERNOON TEA.
PUTARURU PLUNKET SOCIETY A farewell afternoon tea was given l'y the Plunkel Society branch at Pula rum recently in honour of Mrs H. W. Lindsey, who Ik soon to take up her residence in Masterton. Mrs Campbell, president, presented the guest-of-honour with a crystal clock on behalf of the committee and spoke of the society's regret at losing an active member. The function was held at the home of Mrs 11. L. Martin, who was hostess. Among those present were: Mesdames w. Campbell, N. Potter, M. S’ J. Paxton, H. J. W. Scott, Hooper, J. n. O.
