FAREWELL PARTY
PLEASANT EVENING SPENT The friends of Mr and Mrs J. Thompson met to honour her at a surprise party at the home of Mrs Fisher, Dinsdale Road, recently. The time was spent happily with games and singing. After supper, a presentation was made to Mr and Mrs Thompson by their friends and musical honours were accorded them. Those present were:—Mesdames Mawhinney, Searle, Smith, Smith senr., Hewson, O'Brien, Searle, senr., Twiner, Fisher.
