FIRST REUNION
WAIKATO WEST COASTERS The Waikato West Coasters' Association held its first reunion at Toorak Hall, IlamJUon, recently, coasters being present from all parts, including twenty from the Auckland association. Mr E. T. Smith, president of the Auckland association, addressed the gathering and Mr W. Moore, president of the Hamilton association, suitably replied. Afternoon tea was served by the ladies. Mrs W. Moore and Mr E. M. Green, as the oldest members, coast born, were elected as honorary members for the year. An enjoyable afternoon closed with cheers by the Visitors for the local association and the singing of Auld Lang Syne by the Hamilton members. Those present were:—Mesdames Schmidt, Coward, Jones, Fenton, Saunders. Crowhurst, W. Moore, E. M. Green, McNamara, C. Craig, Gibbie, W. Swift, A. Murray, A. Dove, T. L. Lawn, H. Jordan, B. Jordan, L. Ford, A. Smith, W. Green, G. P. Brown, R. Cook, T. Curragh, F. Dellowag. Misses M. Morrison, McCullock.
