ANOTHER HITCH DOMINION RAISES DIFFICULTY (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received May 26, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 25 The Daily Herald’s Canberra correspondent says a hitch has occurred ill the negotiations for the establishment of an air mail service across the Tasman Sea. New Zealand has raised difficulties which will have to be settled by direct negotiation with the British Government before discussions can be continued.
