COMING-OF-AGE PARTY
FUNCTION AT MORRINSVILLE An enjo;V-ble party \vas held at the home of Mr and Mrs Hishon, Avenue Road, Morrlnsvllle, recently, to mark the comlng-of-age of their daughter, Miss Florence Hishon. A happy time was. spent with dancing, game's and music. Novelty dances were won by Miss P. Eskine and Mr Gilbert and Miss F. Hishon and Mr J. Corbett.. During supper the traditional key was presented to Miss Hishon. Mr L. Lipscombe, of Auckland, led community singing and the evening closed with musical honours and the singing of “Auld Lang Syne." Among those present were :—Mesdames J. Hishon, L. Lipscombe, M. Fskine. Misses F. Hishon, Cora Ban, Carry Ban, A. Eskine, M. Fausett, D. and M. Hishon, B. Corbett.
