HAM PANCAKES Take Jib chopped cooked ham, soz flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, \ teaspoon baking powder, pepper and salt to taste, * pint milk. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a basin. Make a hollow* in the centre. Stir in eggs beaten, and diluted with half the milk. Beat well. Stir in remainder of milk, ham, parsley and pepper to taste. Fry in ’ tablespoons, like ordinary pancakes. Garnish with fried halved tomatoes or fried mushrooms. Enough for two or three persons.
