VERY KEEN COMPETITION DEMAND FROM JAPANESE (United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel. Copyright) SYDNEY, May 24 At the Sydney wool sales to-day SOiiG bales were offered and 0350 were sold. In addition, 1502 bales were sold privately. There was very keen Japanese competition and also good support from Yorkshire and the Continent. Prices were unchanged from yesterday's levels. Greasy merino made up to 19Jd.
