SAFE WHEELED AWAY
DARING ROTORUA BURGLARY SUM OF £l3O MISSING (Special to Times.. ROTORUA. Monday A small safe containing approximately £l3O in cash and cheques was removed from the office of the Lake House Hotel, Ohinemutu, this morning, and taken away from the building In a wheelbarrow. The thieves, who are believed to number two, gained entry to the premises by forcing the Jock’of the back door. A female employee, hearing the wheelbarrow on the road. looked out and saw two men wheeling some bulky object but, not knowing that they had come from the hotel, no alarm was raised.
