Copyright NEW YORK, May 22 Pan American Airways announced to-day that the Boeing Aircraft Corporation had virtually completed a 41-ton, four-engined flying-boat designed for the trans-atlantic service. It will carry 50 passengers. A test flight is to be made in a fortnight's time.
