RELEASE DECLINED

PASTOR NIEMOELLER WOULD CONTINUE TO PREACH (Times Air Mail Service.) LONDON, April 23. Pastor Niemoeller, the ex-submar-ine commander and leader of the opposition section of thp German Evangelical Church; who has been under detention since his trial early last month, was yesterday retransferred from the Moabit prison. in Rerlin to the concentration camp at Sachsenhausen, where he was previously confined, say the Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. It is understood that Pastor Niemoeller was offered a three or four months’ holiday free of supervision if he would undertake not to preach during that time. His consistent reply was that the moment he was released he would go straight back to the pulpit.
