TENNIS DANCE
NGAHINAPOURI CLUB PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES A festive spirit prevailed in the Ngahinapouri Hall recently when a tennis dance was held. There was a j large attendance of dancers, members j of clubs affiliated to the Waipa West Sub-Association beine present. During the' evening the trophies won at the tournament were presented. The hall had been artistically arr. nged with multi-coloured streamers suspended above the dancers and . bowls of autumn flowers and greenery arranged along the stage. During the evening novelty dances added to the gaiety. Excellent music j was played by the Parisian Dance Band, with extras by Mrs F. Rothwell. Mr F. Boyd, of Kaipaki, was M.C. McDonald (Kaipaki . pink organza: T. Sifloet (Pirongia), green chiffon velvet: Ena Airey, apple green georgette; D. Nottingham, rust reel crinkle crepe: N.
