BOROUGH COUNCIL INSTALLED ELECTION OF COMMITTEES (Special to Times) CAMBRIDGE, Wednesday. At the statutory meeting of the Cambridge Borough Council this artemoon, Mr Edgar James was installed as Cambridge’s new mayor, and the new council comprising Messrs A. H. Nicoll, M. Wills, W. Moore, W. R. Garrard, N. R. Souter and K. L. Wilkinson, was also Installed. Messrs Garrard and Souter are new members to the council table. Mr A. H. Nicoll was elected deputy - mayor. The following committees were elected: Works, Messrs W. Moore (chairman), N. R. Souter and K. L. Wilkinson; library. Messrs Wilkinson And Garrard; band, the mayor and Mr souter.
