SUBORNATION CHARGE
GAOL TERM FOR ACCUSED (By Telegrapn.—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday Found guilty of subornation to perjury, Anthony George Bouterey, lab- ! ourer (37) was sentenced by Mr Justice Norl hero ft to-day to’ two years’ imprisonment, with hard labour. The Vase arose out of divorce proceedings undertaken by Bouterev •against bis wife. Coral Pearl Bouterey, I on the grounds of adultery, in the j Supreme Court, at Christchurch on j August 27. 1937. He was charged j with procuring or persuading two men. Douglas William Dyer and Cyril Wilfred Stanley, to give false evidence.
