MIBB ELSIE ANDREW’S VISIT Miss Elsie Andrews will shortlj visit Hamilton on prelirninar> organisation work for th<» flftli conference of the Pan-Pacific Women’s Association, to be held in New Zealand in January. 1940, the first International conference of women to be held in the Dominion. Miss Andrews was a delegate to the second and third conferences, held in Honolulu in 1930 and 1934, leading the New Zealand delegation at the latter, and again at the fourth conference, held in Vancouver in July. 1937. She has, therefore, a more complete practical knowledge of the aims of the association and of the procedure of the triennial gatherings than any other New Zealander. s*he is an able and experienced speaker, with a noteworthy record of service in connection with numerous social organisations.
