TRAFFIC BREACHES
PENALTIES FOR MOTORISTS DRIVEIRS WITHOUT LICENSES Several motorists were convicted and fined by Mr S. L. Paterson, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court, Hamilton, yesterday, for minor breaches of the traffic regulations. For parking a car without having sufficient lights, Robert Carden Collins was convicted and fined 10s and 12s costs. The car was lilt by a motorcyclist, who was injured. The cyclist was Charles John Gates, who was prosecuted on a series of minor offences arising out of the collision which occurred on March 4 in Ilamil-

For driving a motor-cycle without a driver’s license. Norman Clifford Thornton was fined 10s and. for not having a warrant of fitness, defendant was fined £l. Ferdinand Wheatley, who had no warrant of fitness for his car, was fined £i and 10s costs. A fine of 10s was imposed on Reginald Athol Hobson for driving a car without a license.
