Copyright BERLIN, May 16 The Aston Villa Association football team, after, defeating Austria by 3 goals to 2, ieft the field of the Olympic Stadium without exchanging, through a misunderstanding, the customary salute with their opponents. The 80,000 spectators thereupon whistled and booed in protest. The crowd also resented Villa’s offside' tactics, which are not used on the Continent. Tackling also led to unpleasantness, an Austrian once retaliating.
