RIDING ELECTION
ANOTHER NOMINATION? REPORTED MISUNDERSTANDING (Special to Times) TE AROHA, Saturday Misunderstanding has arisen over the representation for the Walton riding on the Piako County Council. Although a declaration has been made that the sitting member, Mr W. McLean, of Walton, had been re-elected to represent the riding on the County Council, it is now stated that there was a misunderstanding regarding a nomination from .Mr W. Anderson, of Kereone. ~ The position seems to be somewhat Involved but it Is understood that the matter of representation will be reopened at a later date.
