Copyright) ROME, May 13 The Vatican has Issued secret instructions to Catholic teachers at universities, listing eight Nazi heresies, Including that Aryans and Jews are higher and lower races, the preservation of so-called purity of blood, the doctrine that intellectual and moral qualities come from race*, the subjection of religion to racial laws, and the claim that Individuals exist only for the State.
