ST. PAUL’S LADIES’ GUILD

NIOTHERB' DAY FUNCTION The monthly meeting of the St. Paul's Ladies’ Guild took the form of a special “Mothers’ Day.” The president, Mrs D. Bradley, extended a welcome to those present, especially to all mothers. An interesting programme of Items was enjoyed, those assisting being Miss Valerie Nicolas, elocutionary items; Misses Shirley and Mirth Partington, recitations; and Mrs Wilson, songs. Following afternoon tea, the speaker for the afternoon, Mrs Stephenson Craig, was Introduced to the gathering by the president. Mrs Craig took .as her subject, “Ornaments and Cos--1 metics for Christian Women," and her address was followed with interest.
