FAREWELL TO TEACHER
PRESENTATION AT TATUANUI A pleasing function took place at, the Tatuanui School recently, when Mis? J. M. Barron, assistant mistress, who has been transferred to Waitewheta Behoo!. near Waihi. was farewelled by the residents and children of the district. Mrs W. Northcott. secretary of the school committee, on behalf of the zret at Miss Barron's departure and expressed to her best wishes On behalf of the pupils. Doris Elliott presented the guest-of-honour with a chromium bedroom clock, and Shirley Henwood presented to her a beautiful l■ s’ . MJts Barron suitably replied.
