THE CORONATION ROBES
ATTENDANCE OF 8000 YESTERDAY'S BIG CROWDS It is estimated that 0000 people saw the Coronation robes in Hamilton between 2.30 p in. and 9 p.m. yesterday. There was a constant stream of people making their way to the Bledisloe Halt and the attendance at one stage averaged an hour and at another time^—7an hSur. When the doors were closed last evening there was a huge crowd present and it was found necessary to put the lights out in order to clear tlie building. Those in charge of ‘.lie exhibition were obliged yesterday afternoon to provide extra protection to the glass case and outside decoration by placing forms around the display. This morning Mrs M. Murray Fuller, who Is travelling with the robes, stated that the publio interest was most encouraging. I
