PREPARING FOR RETURN INSTRUCTION FOR SETTLERS United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. copyrtga BERLIN, May 12 One hundred thousand members of the Colonial League are about to study the conditions of life in their new homes when the former German colonies are returned. The Berlin Regional Union is organising courses of instruction, including scientific, technical and university lectures, practical work in farm workshop's, tuition in native languages aud courses for mechanics. Successful candidates will be preferred for responsible colonial posts.
