DEFENCE LOAN PROPOSED FUNDS FROM ABROAD (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received May J2. 11.45 a.m.) PARIS, May 11 A defence loan is being issued next week. It is announced that Treasury bonds for £111,000,000 were fully subscribed owing to the steady return of funds freyn abroad due to the reduction of interest rates.
