SOUTH AUCKLAND PREVAIL . (Special to TlmeS) WHANGAREI, Sunday. The Rugby League football match played between Northland and South Auckland yesterday was won by the latter by 31 points to 17. Powell, Move's, Hall, C. Stevens, Shaw, Jackson and McCreal scored tries for South Auckland. Moves 2 ) and Stevens converted tries, while Moves and Powell each kicked a penalty goal. Tries for Northland were' scored by Taylor (2), Toki, Cooper and Payne. Hooper converting one.
