CLAUDELANDS CLUB SUCCESSFUL CLOSING DAY Although unpleasant weather conditions prevailed for the closing day • of the Claudelands Croquet Club recently, the members present spent an | enjoyable afternoon. The guests were received by the i president, Mrs Blacklock, who rej ferred to the successful season ex--1 perienceri by the club. J The treasurer, Mrs Church, and the secretary, Mrs Wells, were each pre- ■ sen ted with a crystal water-jug in reI cognition of their services to the club. !
