ENGLAND TO CANADA PROPOSED REGULAR SERVICES NOT LIKELY BEFORE 1939 United Press Assn.— Elec. Tel Copyrlgn:. QUEBEC, Aug. 27 Interviewed on his arrival from England to-day. Sir Thomas Gardiner, deputy Director-General of the British Post Office, said a regular air mail service between England and Canada was not likely before 1939. The test flights so far had been most successful, but much exploration work remained to be done.
