RESTITUTION ORDER MADE An order for the restitution of conjugal rights, compliance lo be marie with the order within 40 days, was granted Charles C.rorge tiillier (Mr J. F. Strang) against Gwendolen Margaret Hillier by Mr Justice Gallan, In the Supreme Court, Hamilton, to-,lay. Petitioner slated that he. married respondent in June, 1931. There were no children. Respondent had gone to Australia on a trip in May. 1936, partly because her father was ill and partly because site was disappointed wilh her home life. She returned to Wellington at the end of July. 1936, when she had telephoned petitioner telling him that site was not returning to him. She later informed him hy° letter that she had formed an attachment for another man. She had returned to Sydney in November, 1 936. Petitioner said he wanted his wife
