THIS WEEK’S COMPETITION
NAME BUILDING. This week Peter l* giving you another (building competition but instead of making any words they must be girls’ on boys’ names. The word is ‘Constantinople’ and Peter is sure you will be able to find lots and lots of names, e.g., Gon, and Toni. All entries to reach Peter by Saturday, August 28, and to be written on ONE side of the paper only and lo have name, age and postal address attached. Mark all envelopes ‘Competition.’ Senior: 13 years and over. Intermediate: 10-12 years. Junior: 9 years and under. LAST WEEK’S RESULTS THE PAINTING COMPETITION. Peter tvas a little disappointed with the painting entries this week as they were not tip to the usual high standard. This applied more especially to the senior class whloh had only one entry which was really well done. Results:—> Senior: MOLLY WILSON (18) Hamilton. Intermediate: MARGARET THOMAS (11) Hamilton. Junior: PETER CUNNINGHAM (8) Ohaupo.
