SOCIAL CLUB EVENING.

HAPPY TIME BPENT A happy time was spent at the fortnightly meeting of the St. Mary's Social and Dramatic Club in the Marist Hall on Wednesday evening, when there was again n large attendance of members. Modern and old-time dancing, community singing and musical Items contributed to the enjoyment of the function. Elocution was given by Miss Josephine Bonnar, songs by Mr A. Dawson, and an exhibition of* tapdancing by Miss Zeta Bonnar, while Mr C. Williams gave pianoforte solos. Mr L. F. Casey was M.C. On September 8 the club will hold a gala evening.
