SHEEPBKIN SALE AT DUNEDIN SLIGHT DECLINE IN PRICES DUNEDIN, Tuesday At the fortnightly sale of sheepskins to-day prices declined slightly on most grades of flner-woolled sound-pelted skins, the top prioe for fine halfbred being 17£d, as against 17fd at the last sale. Halfbreds and fine crossbreds may be quoted at id lower. Crossbreds, half-wool to full-wool, were firm, and all other grades, including dead and damaged, realised prices on a par with last sale. Following Is the official range of prices:—Fine halfbred, to 17id; halfbred full-wool, to 17d; three-quarters wool, to 16id; quarterwool, to 142 d; fine crossbred, full-wool, to 16Jd; three-quarter wool, to 16d; half-wool, to 14id; quarter-wool, to llfd; crossbred, full-wool, to 16d; three-quarter wool, to 15fd; half-wool, to 18f.l; quarter-wool, to llfd; Merino, halfwool, to*l4d; halfbred hoggets, to 16d; fine crossbred hoggets, to lBd; crossbred hoggets, to 14fd; halfbred dead, to I!Sid; fine crossbred dead, to 14id; crossbred dead, to JBid; halfbred hogget, dead, to 14id; fine crossbred hogget, dead, to 13fd; crossbred hogget, dead, to 13id; first pelts, to lOd; second pelts, to 8d; third pelts, to 2id. On these prloes the values per skin may be taken as follows: Halfbred full-wool, to 14s 2d; fine orossbred full-wool, to 18s 4d; crossbred fullwool, to 13s; halfbred three-quarter wool, to 10s; crossbred three-quarter wool, to 11s; halfbred half-wool, to 78 id; crossbred half-wool to 9s; halfbred quarter-wool to ss; orossbred quarter-wool, to 4s 9d.
