ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
THREE IN HOSPITAL. CHILDREN INJURED. A fracture of the leg was received by Neil Campbell (4) when he fell under the wheel of a wagon on which he was riding at Kiwitahi last week. He was admitted to the Waikato Hospital yesterday. Similar injuries resulted in Patrick Lawless (9). of Clyde Street, Hamilton, being admitted to tho hospital on Saturday afternoon. He was sliding down a bank when the accident occurred. Raymond Thomas Rumney (ii). whose parents reside at Rotokauri. was a third week-end patient as the result of catching his hand in the belting of a milking machine. The child was admitted to the Waikato Hospital with lacerations. SUDDEN DEATH. AUCKLAND, Monday. Mr Charles Fisher (67), a gold prospector, dropped dead in Queen Street on Saturday evening.
