HOOPER CUP FINAL. COLTS SUCCESSFUL. KAIPAKI AND TOKOMARU DRAW. When Colts defeated Old Boys in an exciting game on Saturday they were successful In winning the Hooper Cup in the Hamilton hockey competition. The game was fast and exciting throughout and the match saw the Colts team playing at its best. Old Boys were unlucky in many respects, but the fine defence displayed by the winners was responsible for their success. Kalpaki and Technical Tokomaru drew in a hard game. Although the latter team was a player short they played a fine game and deserved to win. The games were played under ideal weather conditions.
