DEMAND FOR FLEECE.
DUNEDIN WOOL VALUES. (By TelegraDH.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Friday. At a supplementary wool sale held to-day an offering of 254 2 bales was submitted to a full bench of buyers, Ihe bulk comprising crutchiugs. There was a very strong demand for all fleece wools, with active competition also for crossbred crutchings and I super half-bred lines. Medium and inferior lots of hallbred crutchings, in particular hoggets, were not in request. The following is the range' of prices obtained: —Merino fleece, 18d to 19£d;; flue halfbred, 19£d to 22£d; halfbred, 18d to 22d; fine crossbred, 162 dto 202 d ; crossbred. IGd to 19d; eiossbred crutches, to laid; crossbreds crutches, medium, 13d to 14d; fine, 12i, 1 to 14d; halfbred crutches, 13d to 133 d; medium and Inferior, 9MI to Hid; halfbred necks, to 16*d; halfbred bellies and pieces, to l iid; line crossbred neck and pieces, to I Gd: crossbred bellies and pieces, 13d
