J Take 51b. flour, soz. butter, \ 3oz. sugar, 1 egg, $ teaspoon J baking powder. { Divide into about eighteen I pieces; roll between hands, place J in fiat patty tins, dip first finger S in flour and make hole in cen- | tre, also dip fork in Hour and J fork round; put coloured jelly in t centre. Cream butter and sugar, j add egg, then flour and powder. X Make a light paste. I
