Mr Justice Long Junes in the Equity Court yesterday ordered the compulsorv winding up of Hodgson’s Investments, Limited, which he said had perjl(. haled exlensive frauds and the managing director of which was eon- , \ictcd recently and sentenced for conll.idgson’s Investments, Limited, which purported to have afforestation interests in New Zealand, had negotiations with J’aciHe Forests, Limited, about the purchase of shares which brought in £33.000. Its funds in various banks, however, amounted only to £IOOO. __
