I BERLIN, August 19. 1 The Times representative in Berlin, Mr Norman Ebbutt. lias been served with an expulsion order with a time limit to midnight on Sunday. This is earlier than was expected. The order was served personally on Mr Kbhutt at his home at S a.m. It press l 'relations by his behaviour and rejects the possibility of an app--.it on overwhelming grounds and in the public interest.” Mr Ebbult is warned that if he returns to Germany without permission he will be stibjeel to a line or to one year’s imprisonment. The Foreign Press Association is lo meet lids afternoon to consider the expulsion.
