TO OPEN SEPTEMBER 9. ADJOURNMENT IN DECEMBER, INTRODUCTION OF BUDGET. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The opening of the Parliamentary session is fixed for Thursday, September 9, and the Prime Minister, Mr Savage, indicated to-day that the House would rise early in December and resume probably in tho middle of February to consider the national health and superannuation legislation. he Budget would be introduced within a week of the start of the session and other matters that would receive. urgent attention were the adjustment of the Fair Rents Act to enable it to be continued after September 30 and consideration of the Appeal Court's decision in the clerical workers’ case.
