FAREWELL EVENING. An enthusiastic send-off to Mr and ! Mrs G. Horton on their departure for 1 Hastings was given hy a large gather- | ing of members and friends of the , English Counties’ Association at the I home of Mr and Mrs W. ! H. Barnsdale in Norton Road Extension recently. The rooms were charmingly decorated with spring flowers, and log fires were burning brightly. Mrs Barnsdale received the guests wearing a l’rork of wine cotelle, with silver grey fur coatee.
