SWINDLERS GET £300,000. COURT AND ADMIRAL’S ESTATE. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrignt. (Received Aug. 13, 1 p.m.) PARIS, Aug. 12. The newspapers describe a fraud whereby the Court was induced to distribute to swindlers the £300,000 estate of Admiral Alexieff, a Russian. A man now living in Venezuela, whose haul was £151,000, collaborated with a Russian notary in preparing a list of heirs, including a woman friend and the Admiral’s chauffeur, who each received £9OOO. The notary was similarly rewarded.
