RUGBY FOOTBALL.
CAMBRIDGE UNION. MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. (Special to Times.) CAMBRIDGE, Tuesday. The weekly meeting of the Cambridge Rugby Union was held last night when Mr j. Mlddlemtss presided over a good attendance of delegates. Messrs C. Wallaco snd A. J. Dotchln were recommended to Morrinsville as rererees for the Cucksey Cup game here on August 21. Messrs C. Wallace, A. J. Dotchln and G. F. Hill were recommended to the Waikato Rererees’ Appointment Roard as rererees for representative fixtures. Mr T. Dagg was appointed manager of the Royco Cup team to play Matamata next Saturday. It was decided to try to arrange a game for a fourth grade team against Hamilton next Saturday. ir arrangements can be made a wireless will be installed at Victoria Square on Saturday to enable spectators to listen to the Springboks’ match. Fixtures for Saturday. The fixtures for next Saturday are as follows: Stag Competition—Stars v. Marin at Victoria Park at 2.30 (referee. Mr G. K. Hill). Juniors.—Boyce Cup: Cambridge v. Mntarnata at t. 15. Third Grade.—Final replay: Hautapu v. Northern, at Learnington No. 1 at 1.15 (rereree, Mr A. j. Dotchln). Boyce Cup Team. The Cambridge junior representatives to play Matamata on Saturday for the Royce Cup are: J. Box, J. Vv'nttam, R. Andrew, c. Graham. 1. Brunskill, G. Burlace. R. Russell. R. Reese. I. Ntehoii, w.
